Technical Writer (Contract Role) We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join a dynamic delivery team focused on AI and data-driven product development. This role will play a key part in translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation to support successful product adoption and delivery. Note - this will be a contract engagement that can run between 3 to 12 months Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and release notes</li><li>Develop clear and concise guides, tutorials, and knowledge base content for technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Produce and maintain API documentation and technical specifications where required</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, data specialists, and product teams to gather accurate information</li><li>Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract and structure knowledge effectively</li><li>Ensure documentation aligns with established templates, standards, and style guides</li><li>Continuously update documentation based on product changes and stakeholder feedback</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Technical Writer within IT, software development, or data-focused environments</li><li>Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging documentation</li><li>Experience producing a variety of documentation types (e.g., user guides, SOPs, API docs, release notes)</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams</li><li>Familiarity with documentation tools, version control, and structured content frameworks</li></ul> Preferred<ul><li>Experience working on AI, data, or digital product development projects</li><li>Exposure to agile delivery environments</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)</li></ul>
