Introduction Pro Contracts is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and manage operational contracts, client relationships, project delivery, and site performance within the Namibian region. Willing to relocate for the duration of the time or already reside in Namibia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, operational efficiency, staff management, and client satisfaction while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.

Job Requirement
Namibia based Project manager (Contract position – it will be for the period of the specified project duration) Experience required – ALL Rounder (3-5 years’ experience in shopfitting, construction, fit-out project manager Oversea and manage projects to company and client standards from inception until handover /completion of the site Ensuring the job is completed within spec, and handed over on time (Conduct final inspection and hand over with clients) Handle and manage all project administration(incl. all documentation) Monitor quality of workmanship, and resolve any site issues quickly Ensure Health and safety compliance is in place Drivers license Project management General Project – scope of work Shopfitting General repairs and maintenance Dry walling Demolition A(Other) Related requirements Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are met
Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role Valid Passport & Visa Proven experience managing operational or service-based contracts Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities Sound understanding of contract administration and compliance Good reporting and administrative skills Computer literate (MS Office Suite) Valid driver’s licence Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/projects
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field Experience within facilities management, construction, maintenance, security, cleaning, or related industries advantageous Skills & Competencies Strong organisational skills Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Financial and operational acumen Time management Professionalism and accountability
