Collect, organise, and analyse data from various systems and sources
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Support the monitoring of KPIs and business performance metrics
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with process reviews and operational efficiency projects
Desired Experience & Qualification Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools - ESSENTIAL
Experience in Telecommunications industry - ESSENTIAL - 3-4 years
Experience using reporting or CRM systems
Understanding of KPIs and reporting metrics
Matric Certificate / NQF Level 4 or higher
