Introduction To manage all contractual, commercial and legal aspects of the project in line with NEC and FIDIC frameworks and Eskom contractual requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities Administer contracts under NEC and FIDIC frameworks, with NEC preferred; manage contract risks, claims, compensation events, variations and payment processes; ensure contractual compliance with client and project requirements; provide commercial and contractual advice to the project team; manage subcontract agreements, dispute resolution and negotiations.
Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent; 7 to 10 years’ experience in construction contracts; proven experience with NEC and FIDIC forms of contract; experience in EPC/PC infrastructure projects.
