Reference: JHB025322-AM-1An established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Professionally Registered Architect (PrArch) to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Architect with strong Commercial building experience who can take ownership of projects and contribute to the successful delivery of complex developments. Duties & Responsibilities

PrArch (Professional Architect registration) 10 years’ Architectural experience Strong experience in commercial building projects Proven ability to manage projects through multiple design and construction phases Strong knowledge of South African building regulations and standards Proficiency in Architectural Design and documentation software Lead commercial architectural projects from concept through to construction documentation and implementation Produce and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and other consultants Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes and project specifications Conduct site inspections and project coordination meetings Support the delivery of projects within budget, programme and quality requirements
