The Mission: You will be the heartbeat of the Agile process for the Service Inclusive product.
Your role involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile values, and removing blockers that hinder progress.
You will drive the resolution of impediments and ensure that the team remains focused on delivering high-value packages to global customer segments through various distribution channels.
Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the team’s delivery and performance Supports (multiple) feature teams in complex products / sub-products up to domain level Provides key insights into the evolution of agile KPIs in complex agile teams to improve efficiencies at an organisational level Contributes significant value in relevant CoPs through active leadership Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices Aligns within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations Supports the Product Owner with grooming processes and product backlog management Gives structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team’s agile way of working. This includes facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels Co-ordinates product planning, together with Product Owners Co-ordinates and leads relevant agile ceremonies Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status /performance of the team as key element. Focuses on continuous improvement and change management with the relevant feature teams. Drives topics related to team morale & culture. Provides coaching & support of feature members. Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and Product Owners. Assists with other project / product- and team coordination tasks when required Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, where required Drives the agile quality assessment Drives the agile testing approaches Drives the resolution of impediments Drives the team delivery

Essential Skills (Verified):
Ability to manage and steer a team to deliver on time with the required quality and to create high performing DevOps Team(s) using agile methodology. Deep understanding and experience in the introduction of agile methodology and (scaled) agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) and processes. Proficient in the GROUP Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) and metrics like burndown charts and velocity graphs. Superior emotional intelligence, leadership skills, knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Ability to understand technical topics enough to be able to influence developers and steer technical discussions with developers. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Experience in change management, including the ability to effectively lead and manage organizational changes, identify and address resistance to change, and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Advantageous Skills:
Basic agile software development experience (from requirement to deployment/operations) Project Management experience Knowledge of GROUP and our Agile Working Model (AWM).
